Custom Price Calculator Isn't Showing on Your Product Page?

Step 1: Enable the Theme Extension

Custom Price Calculator uses a Shopify theme extension that must be enabled before it can display.
To enable it:

1. Go to Shopify Admin → Online Store → Themes.
2. Click Customize on your active theme.
3. Open App embeds from the left sidebar.
4. Turn Custom Price Calculator ON.
5. Click Save.

Step 2: Assign the Calculator to Your Product

Creating a calculator isn't enough—it also needs to be assigned to the product where you want it to appear.
To assign a product:

1. Open the Custom Price Calculator app.
2. Edit the calculator you want to use.
3. Open the Products tab.
4. Select the product(s) that should use the calculator.
5. Save your changes.

Step 3: Refresh Your Browser

Your browser may still be displaying a cached version of the page.
Try one of the following:

• Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac).
• Open the product page in an Incognito or Private Browsing window.

Step 4: Check for Theme Conflicts

Some Shopify themes or third-party apps can prevent the calculator from displaying correctly.
To test this:

• Temporarily switch to Shopify's Dawn theme.
• If the calculator appears in Dawn but not in your original theme, the issue is likely caused by a theme or app conflict.

Step 5: Verify the Calculator Placement

The calculator's location is controlled by its placement settings.
To check it:

1. Open your calculator in the app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Review the Calculator Placement setting.
4. If you're unsure which option to use, select the default placement and save your changes.

If you've completed all of the steps above and your calculator still isn't appearing, please contact our support team and include:

• Your product page URL.
• A screenshot of the product page.
• The name of your Shopify theme.
